The first article has a first structure, and at least the outside surface and a surrounding zone of the absorbent core have substantially the same first colour. The second article has a second structure, and at least the outside surface and a surrounding zone of the absorbent core have substantially the same second colour. Each of the first and second articles includes an information tag arranged on the inside of the waist portion, the material of the information tag being in a third colour which is different from the first and second colours by a colour difference ?E*ab more than 20. The first structure is structurally different from the second structure and/or the first colour is different from the second colour by a colour difference ?E*ab more than 10.

At least one of the third and fourth size absorbent articles has a third circumferential length of the waist portion in a relaxed state and a fourth circumferential length of the waist portion in an extended state. At least the outside surface and a surrounding zone, surrounding the absorption zone, have, in the CIE L*a*b* colour space, L* values less than 80 and mutual colour differences ?E*ab less than 10; and the absorption zone has, in the CIE L*a*b* colour space, an L* value less than 90 and a colour difference ?E*ab more than 5 with respect to the surrounding zone and/or the outer surface.
