    Abstract: Real time measurement of a rotor surface is disclosed. In one aspect, at least one radio frequency identification (RFID) tag with an integrated sensor is placed on the rotor to measure operational data therefrom. An RFID reader reads the operational data measured from the rotor by the at least one RFID tag with the integrated sensor in real time.
