    Abstract: The invention includes methods for electro-elution of a biological molecule from a biological sample matrix, the methods including electro-eluting a negatively charged molecule from each of plural individual sample matrices via corresponding plural electric fields which include an electrified anode wire comprising a plurality of serially connected conductive extensions and an electrified cathode wire, wherein each electric field extends from a single conductive anode extension and the cathode wire.
