    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a home management system and method with a 360-degree virtual surface rendering application. Embodiments of the invention generate a listing of home improvement projects from the inspection report to be viewed through a user interface. Homeowners may manage, prioritize, rank, and educate themselves on each listed home improvement project. Embodiments of the invention may contain a 360-degree virtual surface rendering application allowing a homeowner to select different surface types for a room, and then view them on a re-rendered image of the room before purchasing the new surfaces.
