A message is obtained for which a sender seeks to transmit, via a network, to one or more recipients. An examination is determined that is to be performed upon the message, where the examination is selected from among a set of available examinations. An action is initiated for the message, where the action is determined based upon a result of the examination. The action includes at least one of: transmitting the message to the recipients, requesting the sender to review the message, modifying the message, and deleting the message.

Abstract: A method, system and program product for the electronic delivery of reports of institutional votes affecting corporate governance to an institutional account holder, also referred to as a plan sponsor. An electronic template is provided to each institutional manager to declare a proxy voting position on each issue that can appear on a corporate proxy ballot. Subsequently, each institutional manager is presented with an electronic proxy ballot for each position in the corporation's stock. Each institutional manager is enabled to vote proxies using an electronic vote reporting platform. A plurality of voting results from the votes of the institutional managers is aggregated by the electronic vote reporting platform. An electronically-generated report for the aggregated voting results is then provided to the institutional account holder.

Abstract: A method, system, and program product for the electronic delivery and distribution of an electronic solicitation on shareholder issues from an issuer to a plurality of shareholders. The method includes receiving an electronic solicitation message that provides shareholder access to solicitation content; tagging the electronic solicitation message with at least one parameter to ensure the electronic solicitation message is available only to the shareholders of the issuer; and enabling the shareholders to access and view the solicitation content anonymously in order to conceal each shareholder's identity.

Abstract: A method, system, and program product for the electronic delivery and distribution of a solicitation for votes on shareholder issues from an issuer to a plurality of voters. The method includes creating an electronic solicitation message for the issuer; tagging the electronic solicitation message with at least one parameter to ensure the electronic solicitation message is available to the voters holding a shareholder position with the issuer; presenting the electronic solicitation message to the voters; recording and compiling a plurality of information regarding each viewing of the transmitted solicitation message; aggregating a plurality of electronic voting results from the voters; and reporting the aggregated electronic voting results to the issuer.
