The method includes: receiving data in an unknown format obtained by an OCR application from the document, the data comprising a plurality of visual elements; for each of the plurality of visual elements, obtaining a position in the document; determining, from the plurality of visual elements, one or more graphic elements and one or more textual elements; determining a particular graphic element from the one or more graphic elements based on the position of the particular graphic element; determining, from the one or more textual elements, a key that is associated with the particular graphic element; determining, from the one or more textual elements, one or more attributes that are associated with the particular graphic element; generating an association between the key and each of the one or more attributes; and providing a structured representation of the association.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods for managing host immune responses to improve therapeutic outcomes in adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated gene therapy. Such methods may include administering a recombinant adeno-associated vims (rAAV) to a subject following administration of a CD 19 inhibitor, e.g., an anti-CD 19 antibody. The methods described herein can facilitate improved transgene expression, help overcome pre-existing NAbs, and/or permit redosing with the same or substantially similar rAAV or transgene.

Abstract: A system and method for soldering flat flexible cable to an electronic substrate using lead-free solder is disclosed. The method comprises bending conductive end portions of the flat flexible cable and inserting the bent conductive end portions of the flat flexible cable through slots that extend through the thickness of the electronic substrate. In so doing, a segment of the conductive end portion will protrude through the thickness of the substrate. The method further comprises of heating the flat flexible cable to a temperature of approximately 100° C. and then applying the lead-free solder to the area where the end portion protrudes through the thickness of the substrate for a time period of approximately 5 to 9 seconds.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a new apparatus and method for screening using electrostatic adhesion. More particularly, the invention encompasses an apparatus that uses an electrostatic charge during the screening process for a semiconductor substrate. Basically, a backing layer is adhered to a green ceramic sheet using an electrostatic charge, while the green ceramic sheet is processed.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a new apparatus and method for screening using porous backing material. More particularly, the invention encompasses an apparatus that uses a porous backing material which is adhered to a green sheet during the screening process. Basically, a backing layer having a very high porosity is adhered to a green sheet, while the green sheet is screened. During the drying process of the green sheet some of the screening fluids are absorbed by the porous backing layer, which allows the screened vias of the green sheet to have a smooth surface.
