  • Publication number: 20240043673
Abstract: A composition is disclosed comprising a blend of 90-99 wt %, based on the blend, of a random propylene copolymer having an melt flow rate (MFR 230° C./2.16 kg) of 15-40 g/10 min and containing 1.5-2.5 wt % ethylene, and 1-10 wt %, based on the blend, of an ethylene based plastomer having a density of 860-915 kg/m3 and an MI2 (190° C./2.16 kg) of 0.5 to 25 g/10 min. The blend preferably has an MFR of 15-35 g/10 min and a flexural modulus of 700-1300 MPa.

  • Patent number: 9248630
Abstract: Laminate containing a polyolefin layer adhered to a base layer. The polyolefin layer contains a blend of 90-99.7 wt % of a copolymer comprising 80-98 wt % of propylene and 2-20 wt % of C2-C10 ?-olefin units, and 0.3-10 wt % of a polyethylene having a density of 870-920 kg/m3 or less. The base layer includes a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer of propylene and up to 5 wt % of C2-C10 alpha-olefin units other than propylene.
