Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a webinar watch-party are provided herein. In an example, a system comprising a non-transitory computer-readable medium, a communications interface, and a processor communicatively coupled to the non-transitory computer-readable medium and the communications interface may be provided. The processor may be configured to execute processor-executable instructions stored in the non-transitory computer-readable medium to: receive, from a first client device, webinar access information; identify the first client device based on the webinar access information; transmit, to the first client device, watch-party access information; transmit to the first client device: a first set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar main meeting; and a second set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar watch-party based on the watch-party access information; and receive, from the first client device, a first audio stream and a first video stream.

Abstract: A system that generates animated visual cues for providing previews that indicate the availability of associated content is provided. The system can display a landing page in response to a command to display selected content, such as messages of a chat session. The landing page generates a visual cue that displays an animated preview of associated content, such as files related to the chat session, concurrently with the selected content before transitioning to view that shows the selected content, such as a chat session UI. The disclosed techniques also enable systems to generate a visual bounce cue providing awareness of salient content. For example, a device displaying selected content, e.g., messages in a chat session UI, may create a controlled animated movement of the chat session UI to let a user know of an update to associated content that may be displayed in a UI layer under the selected content.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods and systems for a webinar backstage. A method may include receiving, from a first client device, webinar access information. The first client device may be identified based on the webinar access information. The method may also include transmitting, to the first client device, webinar backstage access information, and transmitting to the first client device: a first set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar mainstage and a second set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar backstage.

Abstract: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for joining a device to a meeting. A device can send a request to join the meeting, such as by selecting a meeting request link in an invitation received at the device. A join meeting service may receive the request, authenticate the request, and return a code package and meeting related document. The code package can be used at the device, and/or at the join meeting service, to identify one or more meeting clients (e.g., applications) on the device. A supported meeting client that may be used to join the device to the meeting can be selected from the one or more meeting identified clients, if at least one meeting client is identified, and launched to join the device to the online meeting.

Abstract: Embodiments related to outputting spatial audio via a portable computing device are presented. For example, one disclosed embodiment provides a portable computing device for wirelessly detecting a presence of a remote speaker external to the portable computing device, determining a location of the remote speaker, and establishing a wireless connection with the remote speaker. The embodiment further includes presenting visual content via a display of the portable computing device, the visual content comprising an object positionally associated with a location in a real-world environment around the portable computing device, generating an audio signal corresponding to the object, and sending the audio signal to the remote speaker.

The relevance of each of the conversation modalities may be identified and a focus of the conversation visualization environment modified based on their relevance. In another implementation, conversation communications are received for presentation by conversation modalities. An in-focus modality may be selected from the conversation modalities based at least on a relevance of each of the conversation modalities.
