At least part of the first capillary structure is disposed in the liquid replenishment passage and the evaporation cavities. The second capillary structure is disposed in at least one of the replenishment passage and the evaporation cavities. The second capillary structure includes first bodies that correspond to the evaporation cavities on a one-to-one basis. The first bodies block the liquid replenishment ports of the corresponding evaporation cavities.

    Abstract: A combination of SNP loci for paternity testing, a detection primer pair and an application thereof are provided, belonging to the application research of forensic molecular genetics. The combination of SNP loci includes 520 SNP loci. Based on the combination of SNP loci, all the selected loci in the population conform to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (corrected by Bonferroni), and each locus is not linked and is in linkage equilibrium. When selecting loci, references are made to various databases, relevant literature, and genetic markers widely used in forensic science, which allows for obtaining more genetic information and higher forensic efficacy. It is conducive to forensic applications such as individual identification of difficult biological samples and prenatal paternity test of maternal peripheral blood.

    Abstract: A primer composition, a kit and a method for detecting microhaplotype loci based on next generation sequencing technology and applications thereof are provided, relating to the technical field of forensic medicine, which are used to amplify 163 microhaplotype loci on human genome. The primer composition includes one or more pairs of primers with sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1˜326. The primer composition involves 163 microhaplotype loci covering 22 autosomes, which can provide more new genetic information in Asian population than the system constructed in the past. In addition, compared with the next generation sequencing kit of STR loci, the kit has better mixture detection capability. Moreover, the microhaplotype genetic markers have high ancestry information content and can distinguish populations in Africa, Europe, South Asia, and East Asia. Therefore, the microhaplotype genetic markers can also be used for ancestry inference in addition to individual identification and parentage testing.
