The processing circuitry classifies a detection event of the pre-detection model, into a plurality of patterns each defined by a combination of presence/absence of the pre-detection of an adverse event and presence/absence of a medical event related to the adverse event. The processing circuitry calculates a performance indicator for evaluating the pre-detection model based on the number of instances of each pattern.
