Abstract: A system and method for vending device inventory management is disclosed. The system and method may enable receiving vending data from a processing unit retrofitted with a vending machine controller (VMC) of a vending device. The vending data may be associated with one of a cash transaction or a cashless transaction. The system and method may enable analysing the vending data. The system and method may enable updating an inventory associated with the vending device and recommending a product or combination of products for refilling of the vending device based upon analysis of the vending data. The system and method may enable generating an updated planogram based on the updated inventory. The system and method may further enable displaying an updated planogram along with the product or combination of products recommended on a user device for enabling the user to refill the one or more products in the vending device.

Abstract: A system and method for remotely controlling dispensing of product(s) from a vending device is disclosed. The system may identify a vending device within predefined range of a location of a user device. The system may enable auto pairing of the user device with the vending device. The system may enable the user to select a product from a product list displayed on the user device, wherein the product list is received either from a processing unit of the vending device or the system. The system may transmit the information to the processing unit after completion of transaction associated with the product selected by the user. The processing unit may decode the vending data from the information to trigger dispensing of the product from the vending device. The dispensing of the product is facilitated via a vending machine controller (VMC) of the vending device or directly through the processing unit.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and a user device for real time processing of rating associated to one or more telecommunication services. The user device comprises a personalized product catalogue module for receiving a personalized product catalogue comprising one or more telecommunication services. The personalized product catalogue further comprises a plurality of rules associated with rating of each of the one or more telecommunication services. The user device further may comprise a monitoring module for monitoring an event triggered for establishing a communication. The user device may further capture service consumption data pertaining to the appropriate telecommunication service being consumed for the processing of the event. The user device may further rate the event based on the service consumption data and at least one rule, of the plurality of rules, stored in the personalized product catalogue corresponding to the appropriate service.

The system may comprise one or more processors and a memory coupled with the one or more processors. The system and method may comprise displaying, a planogram on the operator device. The planogram may be depicting a matrix of rows and columns accommodating a plurality of products associated with the self-service terminal, wherein an intersection of a row and a column indicates a cell. The system and method may comprise enabling, via the operator device or the remote server, an operator to dynamically set a price associated with an individual product within an individual cell of the matrix. The price set for the individual product is either same or different from one or more products within a same row or a same column, corresponding to said individual product, in the matrix.

Abstract: The present subject matter discloses a self-service terminal enabled for real time updating of inventory information and/or planogram associated with the self-service terminal. The self-service terminal comprises a plurality of sensors and a processing unit communicatively coupled with the plurality of sensors. In one aspect, one or more first sensors, one or more second sensors and one or more third sensors of the plurality of sensors may be positioned at a storage zone, a dispense at one or more intermediate zones between the storage zone and the dispense zone respectively. The processing unit may capture sensor inputs and process the sensor inputs to update a vending data pre-stored in the memory. The processing unit may update an inventory information based upon the updated vending data and thereby generating an updated planogram. The processing unit may further transmit the updated planogram to a user device in communication with the processing unit.
