Abstract: A method for enabling contextual interaction on an electronic device is provided. The method includes detecting a context indicative of user activities associated with the electronic device and identifying one or more functions from a pre-defined set of functions based on the detected context. Further, the method also includes causing to display the one or more functions, where the one or more functions are capable of executing at least one of applications or services for accessing content relevant to the context, and dynamically performing an action relevant to the context in response to an interaction with a function.
