Abstract: Provided herein are improvements in mammalian cell culture. In partial particular, compositions, methods, and kits for culturing and expanding mammalian cells (e.g., immune cells, such as T cells and NK cells). In some aspects, compositions and methods are provided for enhancing the proliferation of cells in serum free media.

In partial particular, provided herein are compositions and methods, and kits increasing the cellular division times and viability. Also provided herein are compositions and method for performing electroporation where high levels of electroporation efficiency are achieved and where deleterious effect of electroporation on cells are decreased.
