Abstract: A mashing tool is provided having a pair of arms attached to a mashing plate and a blade on each arm formed of a flexible resilient material in order to provide for scraping members and mixing members of the mashing tool. A non-scratch, noise-reduction, flexible coating is provided on the majority of the surfaces of the mashing tool and an improved fabrication method is provided thereby.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a food peeler having a removable blade that includes an end received in a bore of the food peeler handle and a resilient member is mounted adjacent to the end of the blade and allows for the blade to be moved between a centered and offset position so that the blade may be removed and replaced. A tool is provided in order to remove and replace the blade.

Abstract: A smart charger that includes a housing with an interface for power and data transmission and adapted for connection to a communication device, with a second interface adapted for connection to a power source, and with a third interface adapted for connection to a second communication device. A charger within the housing is connected to the second interface to receive power, and connected to the first interface to provide charging power. A control module within the housing provides for communication between the first interface and the third interface.

Abstract: A covered ice cube tray is provided for making, storing, and dispensing ice cubes. The cover is slidably mounted upon the tray and includes at least one leading edge that is shaped so that, as the cover is moved in relation to the tray, ice cubes are uncovered and may be dispensed one-at-a-time.

Abstract: A juicer for extracting the juice from a fruit includes a base having an upper platform having an aperture defined therethrough. A strainer assembly is provided on the upper platform. The juicer also includes a head that is movably disposed on the base and that has a cavity defined therein. The head is movable between a first position in which the head is proximate the strainer assembly, and a second position in which the head is away from the strainer assembly. Movement of the head between the first and second position is effected by a handle assembly that is connected to the base and to the head and that defines three pivot points that are arranged in generally vertically stacked relation with each other when the head is in the first position.
