  • Publication number: 20230310167
Abstract: A trial humeral prosthesis may include a trial stem for implantation into a humerus, and a trial proximal body configured to couple to a trial articulating component. A plurality of trial spacers may be configured to couple the trial stem to the trial proximal body, the plurality of trial spacers including a first trial spacer and a second trial spacer. The first and second trial spacers may each include a proximal post and a tab extending radially outward from the proximal post, and a distal body having a larger outer diameter than an outer diameter of the proximal post, a slot being formed in the distal body. The slot of the distal body of the first trial spacer may be configured to receive the tab of the second trial spacer when the proximal post of the second trial spacer is received within the distal body of the first trial spacer.

  • Patent number: 7216180
Abstract: Disclosed is a system and methodology for recognizing when an Information Transfer Request (ITR) should be modified, for creating such a modified request and for processing such a modified information transfer request to produce a desired response. Also disclosed is a client side component that can identify when an information transfer request in a particular format may not produce a desired response, a client side component that can reformat an information transfer request from one that may not produce a desired response to one that may produce a desired response and a server side component that can recognize reformatted information transfer requests and process those requests to produce the desired response.

  • Patent number: 6900234
Abstract: Compositions and methods for achieving a therapeutic effect such as lowering blood pressure and treating congestive heart failure in a mammal. More specifically, synergistic compositions comprising amounts of at least two therapeutic agents selected from the group consisting of a renin inhibitor, an angiotensin I converting enzyme inhibitor and an angiotensin II antagonist, which inhibitors and antagonists are present in amounts sufficient to cause synergistic therapeutic effects such as lowering blood pressure and treating congestive heart failure in a mammal.
