  • Patent number: 11481838
Abstract: In an example, a computer-implemented method includes determining a set of permissions that specifies types of account data of one or more financial accounts to share with a third-party, the one or more financial accounts being associated with a user and held by a financial institution, and generating authorization data that authenticates the third-party and authorizes the third-party to access the types of account data specified by the set of permissions. The method also includes transmitting the authorization data to the third-party, receiving a request for authorization that includes the authorization data and a request for account data of the one or more financial accounts that conforms to the types of account data specified by the set of permissions, authorizing the third-party based on the authorization data, and transmitting the account data that conforms to the types of account data specified by the set of permissions.

  • Patent number: 11379863
Abstract: A financial institution computing system includes an account database configured to store a plurality of transaction statistics with respect to a financial account of a customer, a social media database configured to store a plurality of social media activities of the customer, and a customer metric management circuit. At least one of the plurality of transaction statistics is indicative of a first transaction between the customer and a merchant. The customer metric management circuit is configured to determine a probability model of the customer based on the plurality of transaction statistics and the plurality of social media activities of the customer. The probability model indicates a probability that the customer will conduct a second transaction with the merchant in the future. The customer metric management circuit is further configured to provide the probability model of the customer to a device associated with the merchant.

  • Publication number: 20210142327
Abstract: Examples described herein relate to apparatuses and methods for a financial institution computing system of a financial institution to generate a financial indicator of a non-publically traded company. In some arrangements, the financial institution computing system receives from a user device associated with the user a request message indicating that the user is initiating the potential transaction with the non-publically traded company via the user device before a user enters into a transaction with the non-publically traded company. In addition, the financial institution computing system determines the financial indicator of the non-publically traded company based on transaction history of the non-publically traded company. Furthermore, the financial institution computing system transmits to the user device the financial indicator.

  • Patent number: 10219606
Abstract: A hair collection device that is configured to be secured to a shower or bathtub wall that is operable to provide a location for collection of shed hair strands. The hair collection member includes a base member that is planar in manner and manufactured from a semi-rigid material. The base member is secured to a shower wall utilizing a suitable adhesive. Superposed the base member and adjacent thereto is a hair collection member. The hair collection member is manufactured from a foam pad material and further includes an adhesive disposed on a side thereof. A first fastener and a second fastener are present on the base member and the hair collection member wherein the first fastener and second fastener facilitate the releasable coupling of the base member and the hair collection member. A protective film is present on the hair collection member and is removed prior to use thereof.

  • Publication number: 20050251311
Abstract: A method for controlling an electric assist motor for providing steering assist in response to a steering sensed torque signal includes filtering the sensed steering torque signal to provide a low frequency torque signal and a high frequency torque signal. A low frequency assist torque signal is determined as a function of the low frequency torque signal. A high frequency assist gain signal is determined as a function of the sensed torque signal and a sensed vehicle speed. The high frequency assist gain signal is applied to the high frequency torque signal to determine a high frequency assist torque signal. A torque command signal is determined as a function of the low frequency assist torque signal and the high frequency assist torque signal. The electric assist motor is commanded to provide steering assist in accordance with the torque command signal.

  • Publication number: 20050173151
Abstract: This invention relates to a substrate with via and pad structure(s) to reduce solder wicking. Each via and pad structure connects a component to conductive layers associated with the substrate. The substrate includes one or more plated vias, solder mask(s) surrounding the plated vias, and a conductive pad with a conductive trace connected to each plated via. The conductive pad extends beyond the terminal sides to increase solder formation and the solder mask reduces solder formation at the terminal end of the component. The via and pad structure is suitable for a variety of components and high component density. The invention also provides a computer implemented method for calculating the maximum distance of a conductive pad extending beyond the terminal side of a component.

  • Patent number: 5512024
Abstract: Shunt results from drive line resonance of a vehicle's transmission superimposing cyclic oscillations onto the speed of the vehicle's engine. A feedback loop comprising at least one of a band pass filter having a high frequency cut-off characteristic greater than first order, a feedback loop in which the loop gain is a function of transmission ratio, and a non-linear transfer element arranged to have a gain whose magnitude increases with the magnitude of the input to the non-linear transfer element. Additionally shunt may also be controlled by a feed-forward controller based on an engine demand signal.
