    Abstract: An economical pet restraint device and method of making thereof for use in one's lawn which is readily installed and removed. A concrete block having a ringed pin with the ring disposed in a cylindrical recess defined in the top surface of the concrete block is implanted in the lawn. The pet's tether can then be attached to the ring by a spring clamp. Multiple animals can be leashed to the anchor.
