Abstract: This data processing and online computer network software application system and method specifically addresses deficiencies of current systems and methods in generating rapid and sustainable word-of-mouth and viral customer referral and retention activity through automation of networking, computing, tracking, storing, reporting, analyzing and paying multiple levels of residual referral compensation to registered users (“Member” or “Members”) of an online interactive social or business networking enabled website (“Sponsor” or “Sponsors”) also offering charitable donation inclusion as part of its electronic commerce network marketing and transactional management system.

Abstract: The handle of a container opener has between its first and second end a pair of sidewalls. The handle has an underside with a concavity, a topside, and on the topside at the first end, a cap remover. A corkscrew and arm are each pivotally attached to the handle. The corkscrew can swing about a corkscrew axis between a deployed position and a stored position that is located between the sidewalls inside the concavity. The corkscrew in its stored position is shielded along at least most of its length. The corkscrew axis is closer to the second end than the first end. The arm can swing about an arm axis, which is closer than the corkscrew axis to the second end. The arm can operate as a fulcrum for the handle.

Abstract: An opener can remove a container cap with a discrete, rigid tab mounted in a notch formed in a handle. The notch is formed in a first end of the handle and extends transversely across the handle for engaging the container cap. The tab is mounted at one of a pair of banks bordering the notch. The tab extends partially into the notch for engaging the container cap. The handle can have a centrally located transverse bore adapted to hold a corkscrew coaxially. For a hollow handle, the corkscrew can be stored inside the handle.
