  • Publication number: 20220392596
Abstract: A system and method for treating migraine and headache through a digital therapeutic. The systems and methods described herein allow a migraine patient to manage symptoms, triggers, and therapeutic lifestyle interventions through an interconnected system, facilitated by a care team, to treat the root causes of migraine, and improve patient quality of life. The method includes collecting datasets associated with migraine, headache, migraine-related comorbidities, and lifestyle behavior at the mobile device to analyze neurological trigger patterns. Using the digital therapeutic application allows a patient to monitor and track lifestyle habits, to receive real time interventions, otherwise missed in traditional care settings, helping the patient learn lifestyle interventions that may mitigate future attacks. Given the complex nature of treating migraine, therapeutic lifestyle interventions are tailored to a patient's Neuroindividuality and facilitated by a care team.

  • Patent number: 10265671
Abstract: A fluidized bed reactor includes a gas distributor, a tapered section above the gas distributor, and an expanded head above the tapered section. The gas distributor defines a plurality of inlets surrounding a product withdrawal tube, which extends away from the fluidized bed reactor. The fluidized bed reactor is useful in a process for fluidizing relatively large particles, such as Geldart Group B particles and/or Geldart Group D particles, where said particles are in a bubbling fluidized bed residing, in whole or in part, in the tapered section. The fluidized bed reactor and process may be used for manufacturing polycrystalline silicon.

  • Patent number: 5191311
Abstract: A switch, for an electrical transmission line, can be used as a vertically mounted cut out or as an in-line switch. The switch has an insulator, mounting bars at either end, and a first and second brackets extending from the mounting bars. Brackets are configured to receive a fuse element, which can be of known construction. A first bracket includes a pair of bracket elements that defines slots for receiving pivot lugs of the fuse element. To enable the switch to be used either vertically as a cut out or horizontally as an in-line switch, the bracket elements are moveably, preferably rotatably, mounted to the first bracket. The bracket elements can then be located so that the slot is always at least partially directed upwardly. Then, for either use, the fuse element will always be retained by its pivot lugs in the slot. To enable the switch to be mounted as an in-line switch, the insulator can be provided with a relatively narrow central portion to its body and a removable clamp.

  • Patent number: 4575691
Abstract: A coaxial cable isolator includes ceramic capacitive and inductive elements for isolating the cable sheath from low frequency power current while passing high frequency television signal current. A ceramic resistance ring is positioned inside the isolator and forms a gap with the inner conductor thereof for precluding rapid buildup of voltage across the interruption in the isolator by discharging high energy currents thereacross. The ceramic material has about 15,000 ohms resistance for precluding power follow-through current after occurrence of a high energy discharge.
