  • Publication number: 20240059848
Abstract: A process for preparing a rubber vulcanizate, the process comprising (i) providing a vulcanizable composition of matter including a sulfur-based curative and a eutectic composition blend, where the eutectic composition blend includes a eutectic composition and an inert carrier; and (ii) heating the vulcanizable composition to thereby effect vulcanization.

  • Patent number: 11141616
Abstract: A combined capture and fire containment apparatus. The apparatus includes a telescoping rectangular prism-shaped hollow structure including a rectangular prism-shaped containment box and a rectangular prism-shaped lid portion. The lid portion is attached on opposing sides by telescoping drawer slides to the containment box. A sealing gasket is disposed on a peripheral edge of the prism-shaped lid portion to seal between the lid portion and the containment box. A latch is on an outside side portion of the lid and containment box to latch the lid portion and containment box in the closed position. A gas and fume collection filter in communication with an interior of the containment box is disposed in the lid portion. The lid portion contains a first handle disposed on an end portion of the lid portion. A second handle is disposed on a side portion of the containment box.

  • Patent number: 10954276
Abstract: The present invention is directed to enzyme based methods for removing water insoluble non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) and/or water soluble or insoluble oligosaccharides from soy products without significantly damaging the proteins contained therein This removal is facilitated by the enzymatic hydrolysis of poly- and oligomeric carbohydrates into monosaccharides and other water soluble sugars. The present invention provides for the production of three streams of useful materials. The first is an enriched protein material comparable to the known SPCs but without significant quantities of undigestible oligosaccharides and polysaccharides. The second is an SPI made from the soluble protein in the hydrolysate which is valuable for high-quality feed, food and industrial uses. The third is the soluble saccharides and hydrolyzed carbohydrates (releasing sugars) that can be converted by fermentation to various valuable bioproducts.

  • Patent number: 9809630
Abstract: The present invention is directed to enzyme based methods for separating protein from protein-rich materials derived from plant seeds, fruit, or other biomass and products made therefrom. The protein content in the resulting products is improved by separating and removing the carbohydrates from around the proteins in, for example, soybean meal. This removal is facilitated by the enzymatic hydrolysis of poly- and oligomeric carbohydrates into monosaccharides and other water soluble sugars. The present invention provides for the production of three streams of useful materials. The first is an enriched protein material comparable to the known SPCs but without significant quantities of undigestible oligosaccharides and polysaccharides. • Patent number: 4834389
Abstract: A board game simulating the competition between motorcyclists travelling across country and required to make stops at several motorcycling events. The board is provided with a principal route on which several home cities are located and several secondary routes, some of which are dead ends, on which are located the events. Each player has a token and starts from a different home city to which he must return to win, the first player returning being the winner. A spinner on the board is utilized to move the playing pieces.
