  • Publication number: 20150330085
Abstract: A gutter cover for a roof gutter includes a mesh screen, a roof attachment, a gutter attachment, and one or more ribs. The mesh screen is fashioned to extend longitudinally in overlying relation to a length of gutter and includes a rear edge and a front edge. The roof attachment is a sheet of metal or vinyl attached to the rear edge of the mesh screen. The gutter attachment is a sheet of metal or vinyl attached to the front edge of the mesh screen. • Publication number: 20070012845
Abstract: The receiving channel of the bracket may extend horizontally and open forwardly to receive a trailing portion of a gutter cover, or it may extend vertically and open downwardly to receive an upper edge portion of a rear wall of a rain gutter. An intermediate transition segment on the bracket is disposed generally parallel to the receiving channel, and a brace segment extends generally perpendicularly to the receiving channel and the transition segment. When the receiving channel extends horizontally, the brace segment may be mounted on a gutter-engaging fascia wall. When the receiving channel of the bracket extends vertically, the brace segment is disposed to support the trailing portion of the gutter cover.

  • Publication number: 20060048456
Abstract: The leading wall of the valley diverter has a convex outer surface and is adapted to be axially aligned with a downwardly extending valley disposed between converging roof slopes. First and second generally straight side walls extend and taper downwardly from opposite ends of the leading wall and define an angle of ninety degrees or less. A support member extends between the leading wall and the side walls and comprises a canopy and an intermediate wall extending between the side walls, or a larger canopy that is coextensive with the side walls, or a mounting flange extending generally horizontally and inwardly from lower ends of the leading wall and the side walls.

  • Publication number: 20050210758
Abstract: A top portion of the gutter cover section is formed with a pair of longitudinally extending, relatively spaced apart ridges and with a plurality of openings disposed in front of, in between and behind the ridges for draining rainwater into the gutter. A front wall extends downwardly from the top portion and a ledge extends generally horizontally from a lower portion of the front wall. The distance between an upper edge of the front wall and the horizontal ledge is relatively short to improve the versatility and appearance of the cover section. The aluminum alloy from which the cover section is formed is relatively thin, and the openings in the top portion are large enough to facilitate drainage, yet small enough to keep debris from accumulating on the cover section.

  • Patent number: 6367743
Abstract: A top flange extends over a portion of the roof overhanging the gutter and is formed with a fastener-receiving bore for securing the gutter cover thereto. A riser web extends downwardly from the top flange, and a return web extends inwardly from the riser web. The top flange, riser web and return web define an overhang-receiving space. A shoulder web extends downwardly from the return web and is formed with a fastener-receiving bore for securing the shoulder web to a back wall of the gutter.
