  • Patent number: 11983192
Abstract: This disclosure enables (1) creation of various tags and (2) tagging of various data structures identified above with such tags. Therefore, once tagged, these data structures can be processed by various application programs, without reprograming of these application programs or with minimal reprogramming of these application programs, because these tags accommodate or account for potential changes to these data structures (e.g., in format) that are made before these data structure are received for processing, as explained above. For example, some of such tags may be business user defined categorizations of data structures that can be evaluated during processing of some of such data structures and subsequently used as inputs to a standardized logic, thereby eliminating of reprogramming of these application programs or minimizing reprogramming of these application programs.

  • Publication number: 20230230687
Abstract: An electronic prescription is obtained over a network. A synthetic prescription is generated from the electronic prescription and provided to an insurance switching system. Insurance information of a patient is received from the insurance switching system based on the synthetic prescription. An auto-reversal of the synthetic prescription with the insurance switching system is triggered. A patient payment amount associated with the particular pharmaceutical is determined based on the insurance information. One or more pharmacies to fulfill the electronic prescription are identified based on patient information. An interactive routing request data message is provided to the patient, the data message including the patient payment amount and a request for selection of a particular pharmacy of the one or more pharmacies. The selection of the particular pharmacy is received from a computing device associated with the patient.

  • Publication number: 20170372021
Abstract: A computer system and method for generating simulated drug claims, suitable modeling and constructing drug benefit plans, the method, characterized by defining a number of lives covered and total spend amount for the simulated drug claims, wherein the method searches a drug claim database containing a plurality of de-identified, drug claims to retrieve drug claims, based on the number of lives, calculates tiers and tier ratios, determines top dispensed drugs, and creates and populates a set of simulated drug claims, until the spend amount is exhausted.
