Abstract: A (online) fitness training system with which a user (common user, health or fitness professional) creates/generates personalized fitness training/workout programs (online). By selecting individual exercises videos out of a database. During this selection process the user is assisted by an online assistant program which helps the user to create a complete workout video. The selected individual exercise videos are placed in a online video generator system which generates one complete workout video from the individual selected exercises videos. A user can communicate and exercise simultaneously with other users all over the world.
