Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for providing peer-based management of user accounts are described. In one embodiment, for example, an apparatus may include at least one memory and logic coupled to the at least one memory. The logic may be configured to determine a total entity risk value representing a risk position of an entity comprising at least one segment, generate a plurality of risk tokens, each of the plurality of risk tokens having a token value that is a portion of the total risk value, determine a total segment risk value for the at least one segment, the total segment risk value representing a portion of the total entity risk value allocated to the at least one segment, and distribute the plurality of risk tokens to the at least one segment of the entity to correspond with the total segment risk value. Abstract: A microneedle device includes an elastic sleeve to provide a biasing force and also to provide a fluid impermeable seal. The biasing force urges a barrel from the extended position to the retracted position. As a seal, the sleeve prevents contamination by fluids that may enter the barrel. Additionally, the distal end of the barrel features an undulating (waveform-like) formation to prevent suction buildup between the barrel and a patient's skin.

Abstract: Techniques for providing access control are disclosed. The techniques include: receiving, by an access control system, point cloud data associated with a field of view of a sensor; based on the point cloud data, determining that an object is entering a physical zone of interest in the field of view; and determining, by the access control system, an access control result indicating that the object is authorized to access the physical zone of interest or is not authorized to access the physical zone of interest.

Abstract: Verification systems are provided for verification of proper execution of control commands on remote devices. In some embodiments, the verification systems can include video cameras, audio sensors, thermal detectors, etc., to provide secondary sources of information by which to verify primary reports on a state of a remote device. Each device can be associated with a device profile defining operating characteristics of the remote device in various states. In some examples, device properties can also be defined based on a current state of the device and a received control command. In some examples, the device profiles are models of expected device properties that can used to verify proper execution of control commands. In some embodiments, detection of state mismatch can trigger a variety of actions by the system to mediate the mismatched state according to a variety of control rules.

Abstract: An alternating current (AC) harness for a photovoltaic (PV) system includes a wire assembly having a first end and a second end, the wire assembly having a plurality of lead wires, and at least one AC connection module positioned at a location along a length of the wire assembly between the first end and the second end. Further, the at least one AC connection module includes a first connection terminal electrically coupled to the plurality of lead wires of the wire assembly and constructed to electrically couple the wire assembly with an output of a first PV module of the PV system.
