  • Publication number: 20240153523
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for generating a transcript of a legal proceeding or other multi-speaker conversation or performance in real time or near-real time using multi-channel audio capture. Different speakers or participants in a conversation may each be assigned a separate microphone that is placed in proximity to the given speaker, where each audio channel includes audio captured by a different microphone. Filters may be applied to isolate each channel to include speech utterances of a different speaker, and these filtered channels of audio data may then be processed in parallel to generate speech-to-text results that are interleaved to form a generated transcript.

  • Publication number: 20240150047
Abstract: A rocket motor comprises at least two propellant grains/grain segments; a case comprising the propellant grains/grain segments, stacked within the case; and a resin for substantially maintaining the grains/grain segments in position within the case. In another aspect, a rocket motor comprises at least two propellant grains/grain segments, each having an aft-end face and a fore-end face. At least two of the propellant grains/grain segments comprise a sleeve having propellant cast therein. The motor further comprises a case comprising the propellant grains/grain segments, stacked within the case, wherein the sleeve of one propellant grain/grain segment is coupled to the sleeve of an adjacent propellant grain/grain segment such that the fore-end face of one grain/grain segment is spaced from the aft-end face of an other grain/grain segment creating a gap therebetween. Methods for making the rocket motors are described.

  • Patent number: 11976553
Abstract: A test tool attached to test string comprising a fluid conduit is deployed to a test position within a wellbore. The deployment includes hydraulically isolating a portion of the wellbore proximate the test tool to form an isolation zone containing the test position. A fluid inflow test is performed within the isolation zone and an initial formation property and a fluid property are determined based on the fluid inflow test. A fluid injection test is performed within the isolation zone including applying an injection fluid through the test string into the isolation zone, wherein the flow rate or pressure of the injection fluid application is determined based, at least in part, on the at least one of the formation property and fluid property.

  • Publication number: 20240146559
Abstract: A centralized document system integrates online document execution and conferencing. Creation of a conference event is detected. The conference event associated with an electronic signature envelope and a plurality of participants. A plurality of actions to be taken with respect to the electronic signature envelope during a conference corresponding to the conference event are determined. For each of one or more actions of the plurality of actions, a corresponding participant is determined based on metadata of the plurality of participants. An agenda comprising a sequence of the plurality of actions is generated. Each action of the sequence has its assigned corresponding participant. Control permissions during the conference corresponding to the conference event are dynamically driver based on the agenda.

  • Publication number: 20240146557
Abstract: An agenda dictating a sequence of actions to occur during a conference associated with a plurality of participants is accessed. The sequence of actions is associated with an electronic signature envelope. Content shared by a sharing participant of the conference is monitored for content corresponding to a given action of the sequence. Responsive to detecting the content corresponding to the given action, an acting participant for the given action is determined and data obtained from sensors of a client device of the acting participant is monitored. It is determined that the data indicates that the acting participant has performed the given action and an auditable data structure reflective of the data is generated. The content shared by the sharing participant of the conference is automatically modified to include content corresponding to a next action of the sequence of actions.

  • Publication number: 20240144188
Abstract: A system is configured to track and provide objective behavioral data of employees based upon an employee's engagement with communications, resources, tools, and other content distributed via an organization's information systems and software. This behavioral data may be combined into an employee profile that includes employee demographic and employment information and may be analyzed by an artificial intelligence or expert function to provide a quantitative metric that describes the likelihood that the employee will depart an organization during an upcoming time period. A dashboard is provided that summarizes and visualizes quantitative metrics and other employee information and provides tools for creating a retention plan for particular employees. When selecting actions for a retention plan, an employee profile is updated to reflect the action and re-analyzed to provide a quantitative metric describing the net effect of the action on employee retention.

  • Publication number: 20240146879
Abstract: An agenda dictating a sequence of actions to occur during a conference including plural participants is accessed. The sequence is associated with an electronic signature envelope. Content shared by a conference sharing participant is monitored for content corresponding to a given action of the sequence. Responsive to detecting the content corresponding to the given action, an acting participant is determined for the given action and edit permissions conferring an ability to edit the monitored content are granted to the acting participant. Acting participant's input into the content shared by the sharing participant is monitored for data entry corresponding to the given action. Responsive to detecting the data entry during the monitoring, the edit permissions from the acting participant are removed. The content shared by the sharing participant of the conference is automatically modified to include content corresponding to a next action of the sequence of actions.

  • Patent number: 11970852
Abstract: An inflatable barrier allows separating air in a first space from air in a second space to provide containment. The inflatable barrier may include an inflatable bag with edge seals in the form of parallel tubes. The bag receives air from an air mover through a first opening. It has a carrier for a vent that releases air while the bag stays inflated. A tension rod prevents the bag from bulging out of shape. The bag may be hung from an expandable rod. An internal channel may route air through the whole bag. The inflatable barrier may comprise an outer sleeve and two or more inflatable inner chambers. The circumference of a main sleeve matches the circumference of a combination of the inner chambers. The inner chambers include an air inlet/outlet. The outer sleeve may have connector halves to couple the barrier with another barrier, or to couple the main sleeve with a top, a bottom, or an extension.

  • Patent number: 11967761
Abstract: A method for using a patch for pain relief, and the patch are provided. The method includes determining a location corresponding to source of pain in a body, and disposing a patch including a reactive capacitance material at one of a location corresponding to source of pain or a location between location corresponding to source of pain and a brain. The patch is disposed adjacent to the surface of the body. The reactive the capacitance material comprises conductive particles dispersed in a binder so that at least a majority of the conductive particles are adjacent to, but do not touch, one another. The patch includes a first outer layer, a reactive capacitance layer, and a second outer layer. The reactive capacitance layer is disposed between the first outer layer and the second outer layer. • Publication number: 20240127819
Abstract: Modern automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems can utilize artificial intelligence (AI) models to service ASR requests. The number and scale of AI models used in a modern ASR system can be substantial. The process of configuring and reconfiguring hardware to execute various AI models corresponding to a substantial number of ASR requests can be time consuming and inefficient. Among other features, the described technology utilizes batching of ASR requests, splitting of the ASR requests, and/or parallel processing to efficiently use hardware tasked with executing AI models corresponding to ASR requests. In one embodiment, the compute graphs of ASR tasks are used to batch the ASR requests. The corresponding AI models of each batch can be loaded into hardware, and batches can be processed in parallel. In some embodiments, the ASR requests are split, batched, and processed in parallel.

  • Publication number: 20240095726
Abstract: An example method of reimbursing pharmacy-related transactions includes receiving first data describing a transaction between a patient and a pharmacy. The transaction includes dispensing of a medication. A reimbursement data packet is determined based on the first data. The reimbursement data packet includes second data describing a reimbursement claim to be submitted to a payer system for the transaction. The reimbursement data packet is transmitted from the computer system to a plurality of other computer systems. A response is received from each of the other computer systems. Each response indicates whether a respective one of the other computer systems determined that the reimbursement claim is valid. A determination is made that the reimbursement claim is valid based on the responses. An entry describing the transaction and reimbursement claim is added to a ledger, and the reimbursement claim is submitted for fulfillment.
