Abstract: This document describes techniques enabling a presentation format for an application tile. These techniques permit a user to view changes to an application through a tile of a user interface, the tile having one of various presentation formats through which a user may view content associated with those changes.

Abstract: Techniques relating to progressive data downloading are described. In one instance, a system includes an application configured to utilize data blocks to display content in a user-interface. The system also includes a progressive download component configured to retrieve specific data blocks from a data container responsive to requests from the application.

In an implementation, one or more computer-readable media includes instructions that are executable on a computing device to store content in a content container as a native portion and an export portion. The native portion is native to an application that originated the content and the export portion is to provide a published view of the content when the native portion is not supported.

Abstract: Network connectivity management can manage (e.g., harmonize) network connectivity services and network connectivity modules. By way of example only, network connectivity management is applicable to connections to a network through a network connectivity service via a network connectivity module. In a described implementation, network connectivity configuration information is scanned to locate data that corresponds to a preferred network connectivity service for a given connection scenario. The network connectivity module used in the given connection scenario is extracted. It is detected if the extracted network connectivity module is a preferred network connectivity module that is associated with the preferred network connectivity service. If not, the connection scenario can be redirected away from the non-preferred network connectivity module and toward the preferred network connectivity module. A user may optionally be given an opportunity to elect to connect via the preferred network connectivity module.

Abstract: A method, system and computer-readable medium for providing user-interfacing within textures of three-dimensional models. A processor with hardware and software components stores one or more markup documents with one or more user-interface element that may be a link element in one or more texture image files of predefined three-dimensional model(s). Then, the processor generates a three-dimensional model(s) for display on a display device based on predefined three-dimensional model information, predefined viewpoint information and the one or more markup documents stored in the one or more texture image files. Users can cause the processor to generate a new markup documents as texture by selecting a link element displayed within the three-dimensional model's texture.
