Abstract: A gun assembly for carrying a gun having a gun holder main body having a first end, a second end and a trigger guard post, said first end of said gun holder main body having attached thereto a barrel holder assembly and said second end having at least one mounting bracket incorporated therewith; said barrel holder assembly operatively associated with a barrel holder, said barrel holder including a barrel retaining ring urged from said first end towards said second end by a spring; a mounting surface incorporated on one side of said gun holder main body; wherein said assembly is constructed and arranged to secure a gun into a fixed assembly.
