Abstract: A trash dumpster and covering combination assembly includes a container with a bottom wall and a perimeter wall that is attached to and extends upwardly from the bottom wall. The perimeter wall has an upper edge defining an opening extending into the container. The perimeter wall includes a rear wall, a first lateral wall, a second lateral wall, and a front wall. A pair of guides is provided. Each of the guides is attached to the upper edge of the perimeter wall and each of the first and second lateral walls has one of the guides attached thereto. A cover is slidably mounted to the container by the guides. The cover is positionable in a closed position extending from the back wall to the front wall or slid toward the back wall to expose the opening.
