    Abstract: A paint can with rim drainage apertures is provided wherein the paint can has a bottom face and a periphery integrally coupled thereto and extending upwardly therefrom for defining an interior space with an open top. The periphery has an annular lip integrally coupled thereto. The annular lip includes an annular groove formed in the top face thereof and at least one aperture in communication with both the annular groove and the interior space of the paint can.
