A project management system stores feedback items specified by agents of an organizational entity in association with a pilot project. An agent may submit a feedback item in association with a type of feedback such as: problem reporting feedback, action recommending feedback, question asking feedback, feature recommending feedback, or feature listing feedback. The project management system causes display, to an agent on a type-selection interface, of two or more options, each corresponding to a different type of feedback on the pilot project. The project management system receives a selection of an option to view or create feedback items of a type. In response, the project management system causes display of feedback items of the particular type and an option to create a feedback item of the particular type.

The top piece is configured and sized to fit onto the shank without any need to force fit one piece to the other, while at the same time forming an arcuate channel inside the ring to reduce the cost of materials.
