    Abstract: A method of playing a ball game is disclosed wherein two opposed teams play within an enclosed area in which the width is greater than the length; a goal is scored by placing the ball into a recessed area behind the goal line. An offensive player may not stay within a two second box located about the goal mouth and any player engaging in rough play shall sit out for a designated time period and his or her team shall play a man down during that time.
