    Abstract: A material roll holder which is hinged at one end snaps into a socket at the other end, and is held either by spring retention, friction holding, or be another holder. The bar which holds the material roll swivels upwardly out of the socket to an intermediate position substantially 45 degrees above horizontal, and then holds in place so that the dispensed roll can be removed and a new roll can be inserted.
