Abstract: A device for facilitating the plugging of holes in dry wall or similar board-like structures includes an upstanding leg which defines a rear support surface and a board-penetrating member for staking the device in position. A plug is emplaced within the hold with the upstanding leg defining a stopped therefor.

Abstract: An anchor for facilitating the suspending of articles from walls or ceilings includes a tubular fastener-receiving member which penetrates the wall. The tubular member has an arcuate free end which causes a fastener, such as a nail inserted therethrough to curl out of and back into the wall. The anchor is particularly useful in suspending articles from dry wall and the like.

Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for removing fasteners, such as nails and the like. The apparatus includes a pair of pivotally attached levers each having handles at one end, while the opposite ends are provided with support members and claws which, respectively, engage the surface within which the fastener is embedded and the shank of the fastener. Upon the manual application of a force to the handles, the levers coact to apply a separating pressure between the fastener and the material within which the same is embedded to effect an axial withdrawal of the fastener.
