  • Publication number: 20170124834
Abstract: The present invention relates to systems and methods for the collection and sharing of surveillance data. This includes capturing video and audio data on a device, and providing this data to an operations center for additional analysis and/or sharing with other parties. Those other parties may notably include first responders, judicial entities, and auditing groups. In some cases, such as with first responders, the data may be shared in real time in order to improve operations and safety. The initialization of the data capture may be initiated by a user of the device capturing the data, via a dispatcher request, by request of the first responder, or by a peer device. Additional metadata gained from sensors or video frame signatures may be used for detecting tampering.

  • Patent number: 8628555
Abstract: An apparatus and method for ejecting fluid from a fluid delivery system. The fluid delivery system has a pneumatic assembly that when triggered injects gas into a hydraulic assembly, which in turn ejects fluid through an external interface. An electronic interface displays various measurements, for example, how much fluid has been ejected and if the hydraulic system is closed the pressure of the system. The pneumatic assembly can also be depressurized such that fluid can reenter the hydraulic assembly through the external interface.

  • Patent number: 8414277
Abstract: The present invention relates to a versatile manually-actuated barrel style pump also capable of controllably dispensing a compressed gas cartridge. The current invention addresses the shortcomings of the prior art dual function pumps available providing the user with a more versatile dual function barrel pump integrated with a compressed gas cartridge dispenser as well as addresses the deficiencies from the prior art dual function pumps. • Publication number: 20110270719
Abstract: A social network and method of using the same is presented. The social network comprises a server comprising a processor and a non-transitory computer readable medium in communication with the processor, where encoded on the computer readable medium is a plurality of subscriber profiles and a plurality of referral networks, where each of the subscriber profiles and referral networks is associated with one of the subscribers of the social network, and where each of the referral networks comprises a total number of referred subscribers referred by the associated subscriber. For each subscriber of the social network, the processor, using the computer readable program code, is configured to calculate a total compensation for the subscriber based upon the associated referral network.

  • Patent number: 7703640
Abstract: The present invention offers a solution to the potential hazards associated with an accidental overheating of a full compressed gas cartridge, by offering an automatic heat-actuable pressure discharge system. The compressed gas cartridge is protected from dangerous explosions caused by excessive heat by the use of a lance that pierces the compressed gas cartridge safely when a spring loaded hammer is released from its constraints when a length of heat sensitive material fails in the presence of excessive heat, thereby avoiding a very serious fire hazard.

  • Patent number: 7677531
Abstract: The present invention relates to improved fluid valves actuable by a non-axial movement of an actuation stem. The non-linear actuable valves embodied in the present invention maintain pressure containment through a novel approach over the prior-art. The exemplary embodiments teach improved non-linear actuable valves that reduce the chances for seal extrusion, particularly at elevated retaining pressure, while keeping the component count low, and are capable of functioning under both high and low pressure.

  • Patent number: 7334598
Abstract: This pressure regulator is specifically designed to operate with a portable compressed gas cartridge thus reducing the high vapor pressure found in compressed gas cartridges down to a substantially consistent outlet pressure. Due to the nature of the crowded regulator art, the soon to be embodied pressure regulator has been specifically embodied for use in the portable compressed gas cartridge harnessing art and this specific use is carried into the claims. Exemplified in the pressure regulator embodiments is a reduced amount of components over existing designs. Additionally, safety and reliability features have been integrated into the design and will shortly be taught in the following paragraphs. A burp-off feature in all embodiments will be exemplified that vents back-pressure spikes as well as a method of adjusting the burp-off back-pressure spikes independent of regulated pressure in some embodiments.

  • Patent number: 6877500
Abstract: The arrow rotation device of the present invention substantially reduces the described disadvantages of prior art arrow rotation systems by inducing a rotation on the arrow shaft prior to leaving the bow and entering free flight. It is an object of the present invention to provide a means for inducing a rotational velocity about the longitudinal axis of an arrow as it travels through the bow over the releasing range. It is another object of this invention to provide an arrow rotating system that can be used with existing archery bows with minimal modifications or available as a factory option (OE). It is a further object of the present invention to provide a means for mechanically inducing a rotational velocity about the longitudinal axis of an arrow through a constant or a variable rotational acceleration to achieve a desired rotational velocity prior to separation of an arrow from the bow.

  • Patent number: 6843388
Abstract: A compressed gas cartridge dispensing system capable of dispensing at least two different capacities of non-threaded neck compressed gas cartridges as well as optionally dispensing all cartridges having a ?-24 neck thread. The standard 12-gram CO2 non-threaded neck compressed gas cartridge fits this dispenser. The same dispensing system is also capable of dispensing larger capacity cartridges having a neck dimensioned smaller than a ?-24 female thread minor diameter with a water capacity in the range of 16 to 50 ml. Obvious advantages to the dispensing system are added options offering increased versatility for harnessing compressed gas cartridges of differing capacities in a unique dispenser including a novel cartridge storage feature.

  • Publication number: 20030103795
Abstract: The present invention uses a pressurized fluid reservoir mounted on a mop to deliver cleaning solution on a floor. The liquid in the reservoir is dispensed at the user's discretion from a biased-closed spray nozzle downstream from the reservoir. Three different methods of creating a pressurized reservoir are: using a compressed gas cartridge either regulated or not, using a hand-actuated pump, and utilizing an aerosol can with a standard propellant of known vapor pressure. The aerosol can either is used strictly as a propellant creating pressure on a reservoir or the aerosol can contains a cleaning solution or the like as well as propellant all in one replaceable can.
