  • Publication number: 20200315589
Abstract: Systems, methods and computer program products are provided for reading and scoring ultrasound and/or optoacoustic (US/OA) images that include at least one of OA images or US images acquired in connection with an examination for a region of interest (ROI). The system displays a first image that has an interior ROI outline separating an internal zone from a boundary zone. In some aspects, feature scores are obtained in connection with at least the boundary zone and peripheral zone of the first image and the feature scores are applied to a classification model to obtain at least one of a prognostic result or predictive result indicative of a trait of the lesion. In accordance with some aspects, an order in which feature scores are entered is automatically managed to obtain for the at least one of the peripheral zone or the boundary zone before the feature score is obtained for the internal zone.

  • Publication number: 20200272528
Abstract: A method is provided that includes receiving, by a firmware from an originating software, an asynchronous request for an instruction of an algorithm for compression of data. The firmware operates on a first processor and the originating software operates on a second processor. The firmware issues a synchronous request to the first processor to cause the processor to execute the instruction synchronously. It is determined, by the firmware, whether an interrupt is received from the first processor with respect to the first processor executing the instruction. The firmware retries the issuance of the synchronous request each time the interrupt is received until a retry threshold is reached.

  • Patent number: 10668297
Abstract: The present invention relates to a magnetic stimulation (MS) and preferably transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) coil arrangement designed for use as a placebo treatment. Accordingly, the purpose of the invention is to reduce or remove the effect of the magnetic field generated in use by a magnetic stimulation coil arrangement whilst the appearance presented remains as expected from a MS coil arrangement. The invention comprises a radially wound conductive element having a plurality of turns forming at least one winding. There is further provided at least one conductive magnetic field disrupting element at least partially positioned adjacent to the at least one winding for disrupting a magnetic field generated in operation by the at least one winding. • Patent number: 10673460
Abstract: An aspect includes a system architecture that includes a processing unit, an accelerator, a main source buffer, a main target buffer, and a memory block. The main source buffer stores a first part of a source symbol received from an external source. The main target buffer stores an output symbol received from the accelerator. The memory block includes an overflow source buffer that stores the first part of the source symbol received from the main source buffer. The accelerator fetches the first part of the source symbol stored in the overflow source buffer and a second part of the source symbol stored in the main source buffer, and converts the first and second parts of the source symbol together into the output symbol. The second part of the source symbol includes a part of the source symbol not included in the first part of the source symbol.

  • Publication number: 20200033090
Abstract: An airgun has a high pressure reservoir for providing a pressurized motive gas to a breech to fire a projectile. A regulator is intermediate the high pressure reservoir and a downstream firing pressure reservoir for providing a consistent regulated pressure of the motive gas in the firing pressure reservoir. The airgun includes a bypass line for selectively connecting the high pressure reservoir to the firing pressure reservoir, independently of the regulator. Thus, an operator can select a firing of the airgun with either a regulated gas pressure in the firing reservoir or the pressure of the high pressure reservoir.
