  • Patent number: 11655164
Abstract: An electrolysis cell and housing provides for simple, toolless cell installation and removal of the electrolysis cell. The electrolysis cell includes an anode and a cathode and requires periodic removal of the electrolysis cell from the housing for cleaning or replacement due to accumulation of deposits on the anode and the cathode. The electrolysis cell includes three push-in fluid connectors and two push-in electrical connections. A filter may be included serially between a water inlet and the electrolysis cell and may include two push-in fluid connectors. A housing rear cover may hold the electrolysis cell and filter in place in the housing and may be removed and reattached to access the electrolysis cell without tools.

  • Publication number: 20060294485
Abstract: A system that routes nets within an integrated circuit. During operation, the system receives a representation for the integrated circuit, which includes block boundaries for physical partitions of the IC generated from a hierarchical design placement of the integrated circuit. The system then classifies each net in the integrated circuit based on the location of pins associated with the net. Next, the system generates routing constraints for each net based on the classification of the net and applies a feedthrough constraint to the physical partitions to restrict nets from feeding through physical partition boundaries. Finally, the system routes each net using the routing constraints for the net and the feedthrough constraints for the physical partitions. This routing is performed based on these block boundaries prior to finalizing the hierarchical design placement, thereby facilitating early detection of congestion or timing violations which can be corrected early in the design process.

  • Patent number: 6997972
Abstract: A gas liquid separator comprising at least two containers, a first container for separating gas from a gas liquid mixture and a second container for receiving gas reduced or gas free liquid. The first container has an outlet port to the second container below the level of the gas for the gas reduced or gas free liquid and a separate outlet port for the separated gas. The second container has a height taller than the height of the first container to enable it to hold enough volume of the gas reduced or gas free liquid that can exert pressure on the liquid inside the first container so that the separated gas is forced to escape from the gas outlet port of the first container while allowing the gas reduced or gas free liquid to exit at a separate outlet port of the second container.

  • Publication number: 20040045836
Abstract: An improved electrolysis system having components for separating gases, especially toxic gases produced along with electrolyzed liquids from the respective chambers of the electrolysis cell; for reprocessing and recovering the separated gas/es into useful products; and for treating new or used electrolyzed liquids obtained from the chambers of the electrolysis cell prior to discharge into the environment.

  • Publication number: 20040045815
Abstract: This invention relates to modifying a process cell that needs periodic replacement such as the electrolysis cell shown to enable quick connect/disconnect with minimal process downtime. The claimed invention not only modifies the design of the cell but also proposes a housing with a separate compartment for the cell to isolate this from the other components of the system making it easier to replace the cell without the need to disturb the other components.
