Abstract: An accessory pocket apparatus and system are disclosed. In one example, an apparatus includes a first pocket layer coupled to a second pocket layer. The first pocket layer and the second pocket layer define a pocket with a first opening and a second opening opposite the first opening. The apparatus also includes a first tab coupled to the second pocket layer. The first tab is configured to fold into the first opening of the pocket. Further, the apparatus includes a second tab coupled to the second pocket layer. The second tab is configured to fold into a third opening of the pocket. The apparatus also includes a transparent cover coupled to the first pocket layer, and a mesh backing coupled to the second pocket layer.

Abstract: Increasing use is being made of XML procedure calls to control and integrate telecommunications networks with other IT equipment. XML messages are verbose and include information which is not required merely to monitor activity in the network for purposes such as billing and authentication. The use of XPath or XQuery operations allow the XML messages to be dynamically and quickly analysed and filtered for relevant information.

Abstract: A portable exercise apparatus assisting one person to do sit-up exercise is provided, which includes a footrest, a harness, a resilient retraction means connected between the footrest and harness, and an anchoring means for anchoring the footrest to a stationary support. In use, a person wears the harness connected with the resilient retraction means which connects to the footrest, and seats on the floor with his feet against the footrest. With the assistance of the apparatus, the exerciser alternates between backward prone and sitting upright positions to do sit-up exercise. Another portable exercise apparatus assisting two persons to do sit-up exercise is also provided, which includes a footrest and a hand-pulling device. In use, each person is seated on opposite sides of the footrest, with their feet against the footrest. Each person grips one handle of the hand-pulling device and alternates between sitting upright and backward prone positions.

Abstract: This invention is directed to improvements in fibrous sheets, such as paper, incorporating an elongate impermeable element, to a method of making such paper and to documents made therefrom. The method comprises the steps of bringing an elongate flexible element into contact with a moving support surface, and depositing fibres onto the support surface to form a fibrous sheet which travels in a machine direction. The said support surface has spaced portions which prevent the substantial deposition of fibres at those portions and form windows at spaced locations in at least one surface of the sheet. The deposition of fibres is carried out in such a manner that as fibres are deposited onto the support surface the elongate element is incorporated in the sheet with regions of the element at least partially exposed at at least one surface of the sheet at said windows. At least a leading edge of the spaced portions is at an angle, in the plane of the sheet, which is not 90° to the machine direction.

Abstract: A portable exercise apparatus comprising a footrest and an adjustable, elongate bar. The footrest includes a substantially flat top face, a pair of longitudinally disposed sidewalls projecting downwards and outward from opposite longitudinally disposed edges of the top face and a pair of opposing endwalls. The bar is comprised of an inner and outer tubular members arranged telescopically. Adjustment holes are provided along the length of the inner and outer tubular members and are structured to receive a pair of tubular-shaped handles to retain the inner and outer members at their desired respective positions and to provide a means for gripping the bar. When not in use, the bar may be secured to the footrest by removing one of the handles from the bar, inserting the end of the bar without the handle through holes in the endwalls and then replacing the handle on the bar. In use, each person is seated on opposite sides of the footrest, facing each other, with their feet up against the inclined sidewalls.
