    Abstract: Organic photoconductors and methods of manufacturing the same are disclosed. An example method to manufacture an organic photoconductor involves applying a liquid solution to a surface of a cylindrically-shaped substrate while rotating the substrate about its axis, the substrate comprising a surface layer and the liquid solution comprising a matrix polymer species and a dopant species dissolved in a solvent. The example method further involves rotating the substrate while the solvent evaporates to provide a substantially evenly distributed seamless residue film comprising the matrix polymer species and the dopant species, and cross-linking the matrix polymer species of the residue film.
