  • Patent number: 10259114
Abstract: A handle assembly system includes first and second handle sections intended to be assembled with one another. The first and second handle sections include complementary threads that cooperate to retain the first and second handle sections. The system also includes a friction seal interposed between the first and second handle sections.

  • Publication number: 20170001297
Abstract: A handle assembly system includes first and second handle sections intended to be assembled with one another, means for retaining one of the first and second handle sections in the other of the first and second handle sections and means for securing by friction an assembly of the first and second handle sections, the friction securing means comprising a friction seal interposed between the first and second handle sections.

  • Patent number: 6966115
Abstract: Pruning scissors comprise a blade and a counter-blade each integral with a grip and mounted so as to be pivoted around a threaded swivel pin cooperating with an adjusting nut of the blade and counter-blade. The nut is rotationally integral with a toothed wheel meshed with a retainer toothed member attached to the pruning scissors counter-blade through a blocking screw. The toothed wheel has an axial opening whose outline corresponds to the external outline of the adjusting nut and is adapted to be inserted around the nut. The retainer toothed member is a toothed gear and the toothed wheel and the toothed gear comprise a respective complementary device adapted to retain the toothed wheel around the nut against any axial movement when the gear is meshed with the toothed wheel.

  • Patent number: 6813835
Abstract: The beveled face of the cutting blade presents, in cross-section and going from its cutting edge: a first zone making a first angle with the plane face of the cutting blade; and a second zone making a second angle with the plane face of the cutting blade, the second angle being smaller than the first angle. The second angle has a minimum value in the region of the cutting blade close to the shoulder and a maximum value in a region of the cutting blade close to the tip of the cutting blade.

  • Publication number: 20040107579
Abstract: Each shank comprises at least a first segment which is close to the pivot axis and which extends substantially in the cutting plane in the same direction as the corresponding tang. Each of the two shanks further comprises at least a second segment extending beyond the first segment in a second direction which extends substantially in a respective shank plane containing said first direction and perpendicular to the cutting plane, the second direction forming a first angle with said first direction in said respective shank plane.

  • Patent number: 6594909
Abstract: A cutting tool has two active members pivotally mounted around a common transverse axis. The rear portion of each active member has a cross-section of height greater than its width. The corresponding intermediate element is made by being overmolded around the rear portion. The rear portion and the corresponding intermediate element are pierced by at least two through holes for passing respective fasteners such as screws for fixing the corresponding tubular handle in place.
