Abstract: The storage holder (18, 19) for at least one screwdriver bit (12A, 12B) comprises:—a body (20, 21) constructed with at least one housing (22, 23) for receiving the or each bit (12A, 12B) in a storage position in which the or each bit (12A, 12B) is stored and locked in a first orientation;—and retention means for retaining the or each bit (12A, 12B) in the associated housing in its storage position. The retention means are fixed relative to the body (20, 21) and are capable of retaining the or each bit (12A, 12B) in a grasping position which is not the same as the storage position, the relative orientation of the or each bit (12A, 12B) in its grasping position being different from the first orientation of the or each bit (12A, 12B).
