In the present invention, a locking cap is provided for mounting onto and locking onto the prongs for safety and security. The locking cap when in place deters use of the power tool or other electrical appliance to which the cord is attached, and covers and protects the protruding prongs from damage.

    Abstract: A device for repressurizing an inflated ball container which includes a diaphragm dimensioned to fit snugly into an end of said container, a core slidably positioned inside the diaphragm and an actuator movable so as to cause the core to engage an interior surface of the diaphragm and seal it against an interior surface of the container. Upon pressing in on the diaphragm, air is forced into the container.
