The upper portion is narrower, the middle portion is wider and the lower portion is trapezoidal to give improved ice penetration at the lower edges. The rocker is formed with two different curves. The front curve is defined by an arc of a circle and the rear curve is obtained by pivoting a radius forwardly along an arc of a circle and rearwardly along the rocker.
