  • Patent number: 11131687
Abstract: An accelerometer sensor with a protective sleeve for electric cables, the sensor having a base forming a body, a plastic coating being overmolded around an external wall of the base and around an end portion of the sleeve adjacent to the connecting pin. The end portion of the sleeve is surrounded by a connecting element at least partially embedded in the overmolding material and having, on the one hand, an anchorage to the sleeve which are arranged on the connecting element facing the end portion of the sleeve and, on the other hand, a retainer of a portion of overmolding material or bonding to the portion of overmolding material enveloping the end portion of sleeve.

Date of Patent: September 28, 2021
Inventors: Gil Pesquera, Jéroen Van Est, Antoine Pianu
  • Patent number: 10684186
Abstract: A knock sensor including a body, having a detection assembly able to measure vibrations, and a metal mount having a support ring on which the detection assembly rests, a peripheral casing to protect the detection assembly, made from a thermoplastic material applied by overmolding at least in part around the body. The mount includes a lower flange below the support ring and the lower flange is bored with attachment holes, which improve its sealing.

  • Patent number: 9347876
Abstract: Disclosed is an infrared optical sensor for the continuous analysis of a liquid flowing in a pipe. The sensor includes, in a housing, a central section of duct through which the liquid to be analyzed flows, and a spectral analysis device using a light beam, including an infrared source which emits a signal which is received by a receiving device having passed through the liquid, an optical component which allows the light beam to pass through the liquid, and a support plate which carries the infrared source and the receiving device. The liquid to be analyzed circulates through a loop formed by walls in the form of an arch of the optical component and by a projection of the housing in the optical component. A sealing gasket is compressed between the optical component and the housing, in order to prevent any diffusion of liquid on the interior of the housing.
