Abstract: A decoding method for decoding a block of an image is disclosed that comprises: determining a split mode for said block in a set of split modes; splitting said block into at least two sub-blocks responsive to said split mode; decoding each of the at least two sub-blocks; wherein said set of split modes comprises at least one split mode for asymmetrically splitting said block into the at least two sub-blocks.

Abstract: Different implementations are described, particularly implementations for determining a set of predictor candidates for affine merge coding mode from neighboring blocks for motion compensation of a picture block based on a motion model. The motion model, may be, e.g., an affine model in a merge mode or AMVP mode for a video content encoder or decoder. The motion model, may be, e.g., an affine model based on top-left/top-right control point motion vectors or an affine model based on top-left/botton-left control point motion vectors. The device includes: a guiding sleeve having a proximal end for being positioned in the reproductive system of the animal and a distal end for being handled by the user; a gynaecological instrument, such as an insemination gun, an insemination or treatment catheter, or a sample-collection swab, slidingly housed in the guiding sleeve, the instrument being capable of being operated by the user at the rear end thereof, located on the side of the distal end of the guiding sleeve, in order for the front end thereof to lead through an opening located at the proximal end of the guiding sleeve so as to allow the insemination, treatment or sample collection. Abstract: The present relates to an Light Emitting Diode (LED) assembly. The LED assembly comprises at least one LED mounted on an LED board, a heat sink, a driver assembly, and a height adjustment sleeve. The heat sink dissipates heat generated by the at least one LED. The driver assembly electrically and mechanically connects the LED assembly in a light source. The height adjustment sleeve adjusts a luminous centre of the LED assembly, the height adjustment sleeve being positioned between the driver assembly and the heat sink. The LED assembly also comprises at least one reflector, for directing a light generated by the at least one LED mounted on the LED board.
