Abstract: Wheelbarrow auxiliary or modular attachments that can include auxiliary storage devices, transport/stability pins, lids/covers, seats, stabilizers/struts, other storage/support devices, auxiliary power (outlets, charges, etc.), batteries, cupholders, tub extensions/baskets, device holders, attachment holders, counterweights, stabilizer wheels, quick connection/release mechanisms, etc. In various embodiments, one or more modular attachments or devices can be selectively added or attached to a wheelbarrow as needed. In some embodiments, the modular attachments or devices can be included with the wheelbarrow from the onset. In other embodiments, modular attachments can be added to the wheelbarrow later, including as a kit.

Abstract: Mouth gags having a tongue blade that includes a spine and an engagement portion for engaging a tongue of a patient are disclosed herein. The spine has a front, a back, a first side and a second side. A plurality of ratchet notches are located on the first side and a plurality of ratchet notches located on the second side. The mouth gag also includes a ratchet mechanism. The ratchet mechanism has a plurality of ratchet teeth for engaging the ratchet notches and a plurality of release tabs for disengaging the ratchet teeth from the ratchet notches.

Abstract: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a system that may be used for managing routing of clinical operation component lines. A first communication coupling component can selectably receive a first connector that is engaged with a first communication bus connected to a first part of a first clinical operation component. A second communication coupling component can selectably receive a second connector that is engaged with a second communication bus connected to a second part of the first clinical operation component. A bus routing component is connected to the first receptacle and the second receptacle, and the bus routing component comprises a third communication bus that is used to communicatively couple the first connector and the second connector, resulting in communicatively coupling the second part with the first part of the first clinical operation component.

A light such as a fiber optic light can be added to the suction device. The tongue depressor, suction tube and elongated support member can be made of one piece.
