  • Publication number: 20250155363
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for determining whether an oilseed, a nut, in particular a hazelnut (2), or a seed is rancid, involving irradiating a sample, detecting an absorption or reflection spectrum, determining the content of at least one fatty acid decomposition product in the sample, and ascertaining a degree of rancidity using the content of the at least one fatty acid decomposition product in the sample. The method additionally involves irradiating an oilseed, a nut, in particular a hazelnut (2), or a seed, projecting reflected and/or transmitted light onto a detection photosensor (4?), detecting absorption or reflection spectra in a wavelength range of 300-2500 nm using the detection photosensor (4?), said detection photosensor having a plurality of pixels, and assigning a degree of rancidity to each pixel of the detection photosensor (4?).

  • Patent number: 10520408
Abstract: A method and a measuring device measure the density of fluid media with a sensor having a density measuring device. A frequency oscillator with mass balance is used as the density sensor and all components related to the frequency oscillator with mass balance for the oscillation behavior, oscillation excitation and oscillation evaluation, as well as the frequency oscillator with mass balance directly associated with the measuring and sensor electronics, are enclosed in a housing or cartridge. These components are used with the frequency oscillator with mass balance in the cartridge, and/or the frequency oscillator with mass balance together with the cartridge is adjusted or calibrated using measurement standards and adapted as necessary to the specific application. The cartridge with the frequency oscillator with mass balance is releasably or replaceably connected with the measuring device or its base body before the beginning of the measuring operation to investigate the media.

  • Patent number: 10107049
Abstract: A drill pipe, particularly for a drill string, having an outer and an inner pipe (3), a female connector (4) with an internal thread at one end of the drill pipe (1), and a male connector (5) with an external thread at the end opposite from the female connector (4), wherein the inner pipe (3) is arranged substantially concentrically in the outer pipe (2) and the drill pipe (1) has a center region (8) with an internal diameter. The outer pipe (2) has an inwardly thickened wall portion at an end region (7) on the male connector side, having a smaller internal diameter than the internal diameter of the center region (8), and the internal diameter of the outer pipe (2) remains substantially the same at an end region (6) on the female connector side in relation to the internal diameter of the center region (8).

  • Patent number: 10060194
Abstract: A drill pipe (1), particularly for a drill string, has at least one electrical conductor (4, 7, 8, 9) and an inner pipe (2) which is arranged inside the drill pipe (1). The drill pipe (1) and the inner pipe (2) are spaced at a distance to one another in sections, wherein the drill pipe (1) and inner pipe (2) bound a hollow space (3). At least one electrical conductor (4, 7, 8, 9) is arranged on one outer side of the inner pipe.

  • Patent number: 9840906
Abstract: In a method and device for supplying at least one electrical consumer (10) of a drill pipe with an operating voltage, at least one electrical component (10, 11, 15) on pipe rods (6) of the drill pipe is tested for defects with a test voltage that is smaller than the operating voltage before the operating voltage is applied, and the operating voltage can only be applied when no defects are present.
