The composition can be used to prevent obesity and/or improve body composition later in life. Said liquid comprises 10-50 wt % vegetable liquids based on the dry weight of the composition, and (i) 0.5-20 wt % phospholipids based on total weight or (ii) 0.6-25 wt % of polar lipids based on total lipids, wherein polar lipids are the sum of phospholipids, glycosphingolipids and cholesterol, and said composition comprises lipid globules with a core comprising said vegetable lipids and a coating comprising said phospholipids or polar lipids.
