Patent number: 9027267Abstract: A rolled latch for excavator buckets that increases duration and facilitates maintenance work since it is changed instead of requiring weld fill, and includes three primary parts: a core, a top wear plate and a bottom wear plate. The parts are manufactured of rolled steel. The core remains between the top and bottom wear plates, and the top and bottom wear plates are welded to the core.Type: GrantFiled: December 10, 2012Date of Patent: May 12, 2015Assignee: Minetec S.A.Inventors: Antonio Flores, Bernardo Vera, Claudio Zamorano

Publication number: 20150066610Abstract: A method for administering an incentive award system in which a bank issues a credit or debit card account to a participant and sets up an interest bearing account for the participant to receive the incentive award. Specific merchants are designated who have agreed to make awards of a specified amount to the participant. After sale of goods to the participant and charging the sales to the credit or debit card account, an award amount is determined based on the charges, which is sent to the issuing bank to be credited to the participant account. In preferred embodiments, the participant account has time restrictions against withdrawal of funds. In other embodiments, the award amount is determined by an oversight organization that calculates the mount of the award as a percentage of the transaction, which may be lower for non-merchant brands.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 6, 2014Publication date: March 5, 2015Inventors: Chris Morales, Antonio Flores Gonzalez

Patent number: 8935282Abstract: A system including an associative memory comprising a plurality of data and a plurality of associations among the plurality of data. The plurality of data is collected into associated groups. The associative memory is configured to be queried based on at least indirect relationships among the plurality of data. The system also includes an input device in communication with the associative memory. The input device is configured to receive a query to compare entities in the associative memory. The system also includes a coordinator in communication with the associative memory. The coordinator is configured to compare the entities to identify a similar attribute value among the entities. The coordinator is further configured to identify a differentiator among the entities.Type: GrantFiled: July 27, 2012Date of Patent: January 13, 2015Assignee: The Boeing CompanyInventors: John Whelan, Jaime Antonio Flores, Jr.

Patent number: 8713210Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, are described for handling input received from a common interface of a program and a runtime environment when both the program and the runtime environment are configured to consume the received input. Given that both a browser program and a media player program hosted by the browser program are configured to detect an event of a certain type, there may be a contention of whether the browser program or the media player program may act first on the detected event. The disclosed systems and techniques enable interpretation of a user's intent when the user interacts with a webpage hosting media content and when the user's input occurs over media content rendered by the media player program. Similar advantages may also be realized within the context of another execution environment, or other program, different than a browser program.Type: GrantFiled: September 14, 2012Date of Patent: April 29, 2014Assignee: Adobe Systems IncorporatedInventors: Rishit Shah, Rupen Chanda, Govind Balakrishnan, Antonio Flores

Publication number: 20130103690Abstract: A system for analyzing a request for proposal. The system includes an associative memory including a plurality of data having a plurality of associations. The system also includes an input device in communication with the associative memory. The input device is configured to provide the request for proposal to the associative memory in a format understandable to the associative memory. The associative memory is configured to digest the request for proposal to be included within the plurality of data, wherein a digested request for proposal is formed. The system also includes an analyzer in communication with the associative memory. The associative memory is configured to analyze the digested request for proposal by receiving a query comprising one or more terms, creating relationships among the plurality of data in the associative memory based on the query, and returning an output that includes requirements or other attributes presented in the digested request for proposal based on the query.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 20, 2011Publication date: April 25, 2013Applicant: THE BOEING COMPANYInventors: William G. Arnold, Brian Warn, John Whelan, Jaime Antonio Flores, JR.

Publication number: 20130009986Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, are described for handling input received from a common interface of a program and a runtime environment when both the program and the runtime environment are configured to consume the received input. Similar advantages may also be realized within the context of another execution environment, or other program, different than a browser program.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 14, 2012Publication date: January 10, 2013Applicant: ADOBE SYSTEMS INCORPORATEDInventors: Rishit Shah, Rupen Chanda, Govind Balakrishnan, Antonio Flores
