  • Publication number: 20040261354
Abstract: A process for manufacturing screening and humidifying panels in particular for air circulation in avicultural facilities or greenhouses comprises the steps of shaping cardboard sheets with non-rectilinear undulated channels by means of sequential pressing of the individual channels and gluing together of the sheets arranged with alternating different mutual inclination of the channels. To realize the process a press comprising a die made up of a plurality of segments each representing al least part of a channel and moving sequentially to press the cardboard starting from one end of the press is proposed.

  • Publication number: 20040168792
Abstract: An exchanger panel (10) between two airflows comprises a layered structure formed of parallel leaves (11) separated from one another by ribbings (12,13) arranged alternately in two directions inclined to each other (14,15). The ribbings arranged in one of said two directions are designed to carry a first airflow between the sheets and the ribbings arranged in the other of said two directions are designed to carry a second airflow between the sheets. Heat and/or humidity are transferred between the two airflows through said sheets. A system having such a panel is also described.

  • Patent number: 5601485
Abstract: A light eliminator or blackout panel for use with air circulating fans and the like includes a series of plates each having a plurality of spaced fins protruding from one face thereof to form a plurality of channels opposite ends of which face the lateral side edges of the associated plate. The plates are mounted in spaced, confronting relation with each other to form a blackout panel in which the open sides of the channels of one plate are closed by the next adjacent plate in the series.

  • Patent number: 5195928
Abstract: A centrifugal device (17), in particular for operating shutters (20) disposed facing a fan (15), comprises a first end plate (23) connected to the end of a shaft (16) for rotating the fan (15). Facing said first plate (23) is a second end plate (24) rotatingly supporting, on an axis substantially coinciding with the shaft (16), a fastening element (19) for a control rod (18) which operates the mechanism when the two plates move away from and towards each other. The plates being linked to each other by at least three centrally articulated arms (26, 27) provided with counterweights (29) close to the central joint (28), on rotation of the shaft the centrifugal force acting on the counterweights (29) causing the central joints (28) to move apart from each other.
