Abstract: A seasoning implement composed of an elongated hollow member loaded with a seasoning and having a plurality of axially spaced openings for inserting into a food mass. The hollow member provides a driving force to expel the seasoning. The hollow member may be a two-component assembly. A first component includes a hollow shaft defining a plurality of holes and has a point on one end and is open on its other end. The second component includes a cap. The two components are mutually engageable in a secure coupling. The seasoning is in the form of a powder or solid mass composed of a binder matrix holding a seasoning or mixture of seasonings. The binder disintegrates during heating of the food to release the seasoning and enable the implement to expel the seasoning into the food.

Abstract: The invention concerns a fitment apparatus which includes: a flange having first opening; at least one projection assembly containing at least one second opening in which the projection assembly is attached to the flange such that said first opening and said second opening form a channel; and at least one engagement structure mounted on the projection assembly for detachably securing the fitment apparatus to an interface. The invention also concerns an interchangeable fitment system which includes: a container; and an interface detachably engaged to the container in which the interface has a notch having predetermined dimensions for receiving a first fitment apparatus and a second fitment apparatus. Nail paint is applied to the cutout to create a negative representation of the negative image in nail paint. The representation of the image in nail paint is picked up and transferred onto a nail of a person. The picked up representation is rotated through one revolution during the transfer.

Abstract: A hand operated self-contained apparatus for applying an image on a nail of a person's digit or an object that has an integrally molded base having a reference line indicated and a supporting area for receiving an image creating plate containing at least one image for creating thereon an image composed of an image defining coating material. A digit positioning member is mounted on the base and positions a person's digit relative to the location of the created image. A transfer member is mounted on the base and moves between the image creating plate and the person's nail. The transfer member contains a squeegee for removing excess coating material from an image and a pick up pad for picking up a created image. The positioning member has one element mounted and biased for movement vertically for holding the end of the digit and another element mounted and biased for movement horizontally against which the end of the digit or object abuts.

Abstract: A self-contained automatic watering method and system for plants that includes a container made up of an inner and outer pot nested together to define an annular space which serves as a reservoir for water to be used for watering a plant held in the inner pot. A distributor in the form of an inclined wall is located on the container at least partially surrounding a plant held in the container. A housing is easily detachably mounted on said container and extends into the reservoir. The housing contains a pump, a motor to drive the pump, and a conduit leading from the pump to the distributor for directing water into a plant held in the inner pot, and a controller for controlling the motor to initiate watering cycles according to a preselected program regarding the frequency of watering and quantity of water.

An element is provided to establish a reference point. An image creating holder is integrally molded to the side rails. A wheel having projections holding a plate containing a plurality of images is supported on the holder and can be indexed to any one of a plurality of positions by the interaction of the projections and the holder. An image composed of an image defining coating material is created at one image position on the plate. A positioning member receives and adjustably positions a person's digit or object in an appropriate orientation relative to the reference point. A transfer member is mounted on the side rails and a manually operable drive member drives the transfer member, and a method wherein the support of the image plate is indexed to present a new image.

Abstract: A self-hand-operated, self-contained apparatus and method for applying an image on a nail of a person's digit. The apparatus is simple in construction and operation, and consists of a molded base having an upper extending surface defining a digit cutout at one end and an image creating plate cutout at the other end. A carriage holding a pick-up head and squeegee slides on the base and carries an image from the plate to the nail. A combined stop and pointing element is fixed on the base and points to the area where the image is to be deposited. The method applies art to the nail as a single color or multi-color image.

A receptacle for holding absorbent material saturated with a suitable solvent is defined at the upper part of the cylinder. A slotted cap closes off the top of the cylinder with absorbent material exposed through the slot. The tray is a molded annular configuration that slips over the stand and provides a series of peripherally recesses each of which recess can hold a bottle in a plurality of orientations.
